Return Policy
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges, however we ask you contact us within 14 days of delivery and send the items back within 30 days and the item is in the same condition it was sent. Each piece of chainmaille and scalemaille is made by myself so once work has started we are no longer able to accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We can’t accept returns of intimate items such as earrings for hygiene reasons, and also do not accept returns of items on sale. If you wish to return an item, any return postage costs are your responsibility
